The majority of our lumber species are sold in both rough and milled form. Many domestic species are available in 4/4, 5/4, 8/4 thicknesses, with some up to 16/4.

All rough lumber is "Random Width - Random Length", and is sold by the board foot.

Our milled lumber in common domestic species is usually sold as S4S (Surfaced 4 Sides). S4S lumber is sold by the Lineal Foot (LF), with a LF price for each species, thickness and width.

Most exotics and specialty domestics are sold as S3S (Surfaced 3 Sides), and are sold by the board foot.

Eastern White Pine is available in 4/4, 5/4, 6/4, 8/4, 10/4, and 12/4 Rough. 1x4, 1x5, 1x6, 1x8, 1x10, and 1x12 S4S and 5/4 S3S. The grade is Douglas Fir is available in 1x4, 1x6, 1x8, 1x10, 1x12, 5/4x4, 5/4x6, 5/4x8 and 5/4x12. We also have 2x4, 2x6, 2x8, 5/8x4 Edge and Center Bead, 1x4 Tongue and Groove and 4x4 Posts. All of our Douglas Fir is CVG ( Clear Vertical Grain). Please call ahead for availability, as our Redwood supply is limited. We have 1x4, 1x6, 1x8, 1x10, 1x12, 2x4, 2x6, 2x8, 2x10 and 2x12 in S4S. We also have a small supply of 2x12 Rough.
Western Red Cedar White Cedar Aromatic Cedar
Western Red Cedar is available in the following dimensions: 1x4, 1x6, 1x8, 1x10, and 1x12 in S1S R2E A+ Btr CVG (These boards are surfaced on one side and two edges, with Clear Vertical Grain). 2X4 in A+ Btr CVG, 2x6, 2x8, 2x10 and 2x12 in C+ Btr Clear Grade. 1x6 V-Groove in both knotty and clear. 4x4 Posts, 2x2x36   Aromatic Cedar is available in 4/4 RGH and S3S
